OSU System Enrollment Management Council
| The OSU System Enrollment Management Council serves in an advisory capacity
to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. The Council's
responsibilities include:
- making recommendations to the System CEO and the Vice President for Enrollment
Management and Marketing regarding policies, programs, and procedures that influence
undergraduate and graduate student recruitment, retention and performance;
- improving System effectiveness by fostering better communication and cooperation; and
- coordinating the development of enrollment management plans for each of the system institutions
and providing an annual assessment of their progress.

- OSU-Stillwater: Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing;
Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management, Dean of the Graduate School (or his/her designee);
- OSU-Tulsa: 2 representatives.
- OSU-Okmulgee: 2 representatives;
- OSU-COM: 2 representatives; and
- OSU-Oklahoma City: 2 representatives.
All members serve three-year terms and may be reappointed.
The Council meets monthly (or as needed) and shall develop operating procedures subject to the
approval of the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. Copies of all minutes,
reports and recommendations will be provided to all Council members, the OSU Executive Team and
the System CEO. All members of the Council may vote, including substitutes representing absent
Council members. The System CEO shall review and approve all Council recommendations.
The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing shall chair the Council.
The Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management shall chair the meetings in the
Vice President's absence.
